By using the services of Jaipur Cabs 24Seven, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
We provide taxi and cab services including local sightseeing, outstation trips, airport transfers, and tour packages in Jaipur and across Rajasthan. Services are subject to vehicle availability and weather/road conditions.
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total fare. No-shows will be charged the full fare.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Our rates are per-kilometer based with minimum daily limits as specified in our rate list. Toll charges, parking fees, night charges, and state entry taxes are extra and payable by the customer. Payment can be made in cash, UPI, or bank transfer. All taxes are included in the quoted per-km rates.
Passengers must behave respectfully with the driver and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and any illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged to the passenger.
We assign drivers and vehicles based on availability. While we make every effort to provide the specific car model requested, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent or upgraded vehicle if the requested model is unavailable. All our drivers are verified, licensed, and experienced professionals.
Standard luggage allowance is based on the boot space of the assigned vehicle. For sedan taxis, typically 2-3 medium bags can be accommodated. For SUVs, 4-5 bags are possible. Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle at additional cost.
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety during travel. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Passengers travel at their own risk. We recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.
If you have any complaints about our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the trip completion. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
